Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

Bralessly Return Policy

We want you to love every Bralessly piece. If something isn’t quite right, we offer free returns on eligible items. 

1. How to Start a Return 

   1. Email us at info@bralessly.com within 30 days of receiving your order to begin your return. 
   2. Our team will send you a prepaid return label via email.
   3. Print the label and tape the label to the original packaging with the product inside (or use your own packaging) and drop in the nearest USPS box.  

2. Return Conditions 

   • To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of the return within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in new, unused condition and include:

     • No signs of wear 

     • No deodorant marks 

     • No stains 

     • No scents (perfume, detergent, smoke, etc.) 

     • Original lining and tags intact (if applicable) 

Bralessly Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect your return, the price paid for the product will be refunded to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 1 week for processing after your return is delivered to us.

   2. Our team will send you a prepaid return label via email.
   3. Print the label and tape the label to the original packaging with the product inside (or use your own packaging) and drop in the nearest USPS box.  
   4. Once we receive your original item, we will send you your exchange item.
